Here they are!
Beauty food aka ediable skin care! It's never been easier to care for your skin and body. Here are The Beauty Chef Truffles and Elixers that I made recently for the Goodness in The Garden event at my favorite green beauty boutique, Poppy & Monroe.
I've teamed up with The Beauty Chef to create this amazing treats.
For the Truffles:
1/4 cup cacao powder (not cocoa)
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup 100% pure amber maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon The Beauty Chef GLOW Inner Beauty Powder
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup freeze dried raspberries
(use organic if possible. Makes 8-10 truffles)
Don’t be too strict on the measurements…a little this, a little that to your liking. Add everything to a food processor. Once mixed and gooey, roll into balls using your hands, then roll the balls in some cacao powder. Once they are covered in cacao powder, sprinkle a bit of the crushed freeze-dried raspberries on top. You can get creative here by adding hemp seeds, crushed almonds, etc. Place the batch in the fridge for an hour or two. That’s it! Enjoy!
Makes 1 serving:
1 table spoon of The Beauty Chef COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost
1 cup beet juice
1 cup coconut water
splash of orange juice
Mix everything in a cocktail mixer, and enjoy!
