This is one of my most popular recipes! Add it to avocado toast, make a homemade pizza, add it into pasta sauces or eat it as a dip! So good!
1 cup macadamia nuts
About a quarter cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Half a lemon
Add the macadamia nuts into a Nutrabullet, add the milk, salt and lemon squeeze.
Blend until consistency is like ricotta cheese. Add more salt and add milk if needed (I like to go a a little havey on a salt by adding a little at a time and doing taste samples from the bullet)
If it gets too milky, add more nuts.
