Moon Mylk / destress & unwind

Moon Mylk is a drink that is typically for drinking at night, to destress, heal, detox, etc...
They are the most beautiful medicines you will ever see! They consist of herbs, spices, superfoods, and/or adaptogens blended with plant milks.
Did you know that sometimes you can gain more health benefits from being still and resting than from a high intensity workout? In our go-go-go culture, we try to fit in as many tasks on our to-do lists each day but make little time for ourselves. I created this blend because I was in desparate need to slow down. Make this Moon Mylk and enjoy it free of distractions (phone, computer, etc.) and take some time for you!
Here's what you'll need:
-Lavender essential oil (INGESTIBLE, I like DoTerra)
-Raw organic agave
-Vanilla bean paste
-Your favorite plant milk
-Crushed lavender buds (optional, for topping)
Here's how to make it:
Start with 6-8oz of hot water in a blender, add 1 drop of lavender essential oil, half teaspoon of ashwaganda, a healthy squeeze of agave, half teaspoon hemp seeds, quarter teaspoon vanilla bean paste and 3oz plant milk (I used walnut milk for good fats and brain power). Blend for about 30 seconds until nice and frothy. Pour into your favorite mug and top with the crushed lavender buds.
Sip and unplug.
