- Swap It - Imagine your favorite meal trasformed! A cooking class to make you favorite dish, swaping with healthy ingredients
- Lunch Time - A class designed for office life. Learn easy and healthy snacks, smoothies and lunchtime foods to keep you or a group energized and balanced in the workplace.
- Youth Group - A class designed for teens and young adults to learn about healthy food and how to make it delicious (easy non-cook recipes)
- Together we will detox your pantry and refrigerator by going over ingredient lists and nutritional information
- Receive recommendations for healthy alternatives and swap out foods that do not benefit you

- Receive a guided tour of what a healthy grocery cart looks like for you and your family
- Learn about whole simple foods and ingredients

The Healthy Mama Program
- For pregnant mamas, pre and post-pregnancy. Learn how to balance hormones and prepare the body for a healthy pregnancy, incorporate a healthy lifestyle, how to fully nourish yourself and baby during any stage of pregnancy and learn how to balance your body and new lifestyle after birth.

- Exercise, stretching and meditation guidance tailored to your needs.
- Weekly nutrition emails specifically designed for you and where you're at on your pregnancy journey. Includes health tips, mini wellness-lessons and lots of nutrition information.
