Spicy "Tuna" Chickpeas
I love to make my own nori wraps or "sushi" bowls using these chick peas. Simply add avocado, fresh brown rice, edemame, seseme seeds and tamari in a bowl or wrapped in some nori!
Take fresh chickpeas or a strained and drained can of chickpeas
Add 1 teaspoon or less of vegan mayo
Add Sriracha or any hot sauce that you love - more spicy = more hot sauce. Start with a teaspoon or less if youre sensitive to spice
Add sea salt
Mix the ingredients in a bowl until evenly distributed.
