Sweet Potato Chickpea Pita

Roasted sweet potatoes and chickpeas roasted in olive oil with whole garlic cloves, course sea salt salt and paprika.
First add in the chopped sweet potatoes for around 20 minutes then add in the chickpeas for the remaining cook time ( about 10 more minutes or until everything is soft )
All organic and so fast to make! I love using leftovers for lunch the next day. Eating home cooked food will not only save you money; it gives you the peace of mind of knowing what's in your food and prevents you from being tempted by junk food while at work! To up this a notch and kick the bread, you can use a whole purple cabbage leaf to stuff the ingredients in.
